Cancellation Terms & Conditions

After booking your party with The Party Starters Ltd, you have 7 days after the date booked in which you are entitled to a full refund of the deposit paid if you decide not to continue the event with us.

After that time, If for any reason a cancellation of your disco is unavoidable please telephone The Party Starters as soon as possible and we will happily transfer your deposit to a future date (subject to terms and availability).

If you are unable to transfer to a new date, regrettably your deposit will be non-refundable due to admin charges and loss of custom.

Should you cancel your event within 2 weeks of the event date unfortunately you will be liable for full payment of the disco cost.
